TERMS of MEMBERSHIP

Please complete this registration form providing as much information as possible, including the name of any other photographic clubs, groups or societies you belong to.

If your application for membership is approved you will be subject to a one off joining fee of £15.00, plus an annual membership subscription of £15.00. These fees are payable at the time of joining and your subscription renewable on the 30th November thereafter. If you join part way through the year you will receive an invoice for your joining fee, along with an additional invoice calculated at the rate of £1.25 per month for any part or whole months remaining. Please Note; all fees paid are non-refundable.

If we do not receive your payment within the allotted time, your details will be deleted from our register and your application to become a DAPA Group member cancelled.

Members are required to maintain an active account at all times. Accounts that have been inactive for 60 days, or more, will automatically be removed and your membership to the group cancelled. Applying to have your account reactivated will incur a new membership fee of £15.00

DUAL MEMBERSHIP

If you belong to another photographic club, group or society you must declare this at the time of joining.

By agreeing to our Terms of Membership you also grant DAPA Group the right to use your work in any future competitive events. DAPA Group will assume these rights for the duration of your membership.

It shall remain your responsibility to inform any other club, group or society you belong to that DAPA Group is now your primary camera club and that they no longer have permission to use your work, in any capacity, which could clash with you being a said DAPA Group member.

DAPA Group, its administrators and/or group staff cannot and will not accept liability for any misunderstandings that may arise from you not informing them.

DAPA GROUP MEMBERSHIP

All new members will undergo a 3 month probationary period, thus allowing you some time to get to know us and for our members to get to know you. After successfully completing this period your membership will be confirmed and you will be instated as a full member of the group.

The aim of the group is to work together as a team, in order to push the limits of our photography to the standards required for BPE, PAGB and FIAP distinctions.

As a DAPA Group member you will have unlimited access to the groups discussion forum, including information relating to all BPE, PAGB and FIAP distinctions. As a full-term member we would expect your complete and loyal support at all times.
